Program

During the seminar, the process of the management of conflicts will be outlined in different ways, integrating theory and practice in order to help participants to experiment different ways to manage it. Some focus will be the evaluation of the type of conflict, the non-violent communication skills, the ability to notice the resources that can increase the possibility to mitigate or solve the conflict. In the second part the resistance to change will be described as a particular kind of inner/outer conflict and through interactive discussion different possibilities to manage it will be developed by the participants.
